I was using this place for the last 6 months or so and it was going well great prices kind people but I’ve been dealing with a lot of the bait and switch online prices then showing up and it’s substantially higher. Unfortunately this place pulled it today on my wife I had placed and order and she went to pick it up it was supposed to be only $62 but she called me shortly after picking it up and told me it cost $86. You’re not able to call people or text inside so she couldn’t really do anything and verify the price I’ve tried calling several times to no avail. Don’t use this place sadly they don’t take care of loyal customers to any capacity

Buyer beware. I was interested in purchasing the SirHIGH Smackers Bubba Verde, which was clearly displayed as a Tier 2 flower. The pricing sheet directly in front of the product advertised Tier 2 flower at $3 per gram. Instead, I was quoted a price that worked out to roughly $15 per gram. I politely pointed out the advertised pricing and even showed the manager the sign. Rather than honoring the posted price or trying to make the situation right, she was rude, dismissive, and acted like I was the problem for questioning it. There was no apology, no attempt to resolve the issue, and no concern for customer service. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them says everything. Refusing to honor clearly posted pricing and treating customers with disrespect is unacceptable. I won't be returning, and I'd encourage others to double-check every price before purchasing here.

When it's not too busy it's a pretty cool place. I have passed by at the wrong time a few times and it was packed. That is the only reason why I went four stars, but this time I was there with only a couple other people inside and It was nice. The service for me was great! They have tons of deli, and you can find a nice selection of some of my favorite, "Dialed In." The person who helped was really cool. Thank you Jesse! They have some good deals and I left happy.

Greetings fellow humanoids, I recently took advantage of the deal they had going on for the Papa Herb AIO Disposables and the unit I originally purchased had a faulty coil. Went ahead and called the store to explain, and they told me to swing back on by with the Unit and its Packaging. Once I arrived they gladly swapped it out with a fresh unit, without a hassle. So that being said, I appreciate the quality customer service. Every time I have the opportunity to visit, its nothing but positive vibrations! Shout Out to The Flower Shop Staff & Managers🤙🌺

As a single mother of four kids, grasping for that breath of fresh air from being in survival mode is very rare. I recently moved me and my kids from Tempe to Mesa and I’ve been to numerous dispensaries because they’re all over here but the day that I walked into the flower shop and met Alex Garnett. He went over and above to make me not feel so bad about myself being on a budget not only that his customer service is that of such that doesn’t really exist these days from the eye contact to the smile to the empathy in his tone he’s what I pray. My son becomes. We need more people in the world that are kind that care that takes the time to ask how your day was and opens an ear to actually hear I don’t do reviews, but it was on my heart to really give him his flowers. He may not know it, but he got me through some of the toughest days by simply experiencing his kindness. I pray that you guys recognize this wonderful Employee because he really is making a difference
